Personal training, strength and conditioning in a 1hr session block
​

What's included?
One on one with the coach (Matt) with a personal driven approach to tailor programmes and training to your personal needs/sport/injury history/personal enjoyment.
Before your session you will have a free consultation to understand you and your goals.
Your session will last around an hour and be at our specialised performance gym.
For professional athletes and long term arrangements, we will take a data driven approach to guide sessions.

Online programming and personal mentoring through virtual meetings and regular check in's

What's included?
Personal programming done to an elite sporting level with programming to the same level as professional sports athletes with goals and achievements set out.
Adaptive meetings to fit around a busy schedule to help re-motivate, educate and inspire for the best sessions and guidance throughout the programme.
Ultimately you gain a coach that wants the best for you to support and inspire you to help you stay on the track to become a better athlete/ healthier self or rehabilitation from injury.

2 = £45
3 = £65
(50% cheaper than competitors)
Online Programming and mentoring
6 week Programme = £60
12 week Programme = £100
Mentoring and online programming = £25 per week of programme
(Frequency of meetings to be discussed for client preference)
Meet The Coach

My name is Matt Healey, I'm a qualified strength and conditioning coach (BSc) working towards the end of a Masters degree with varied experience. From developing youth professional football academy players from Bristol City FC to working as the head of performance for professional footballers performing at the top of their game within national league and higher leagues. Whilst also being a head strength coach within the university teams in the Gloucestershire university sports set-up; working with teams such as hockey, rugby, netball and football. I also enjoy working with everyday people to help them achieve their own personal development goals.

Having gone through a rugby academy, I understand what it takes to reach the top and how tough it can be. With the correct conditioning and programming, I can push you to the next level.

How many times a week do I need 1 to 1?

Do you have any Covid-19 safety precautions in place?
As many or as little as you like! I try and make life as easy as possible for clients with giving them the options and still giving them programmes that they can perform at home of they don't have the funds for multiple sessions. its not about the money its about helping people.
Do not worry, the gym is cleaned after every client and there is hand sanitizer and a sink to wash your hands in the gym facility. you have the option of wearing a mask but they are not required and as a coach I can also wear a mask if that makes you feel more comfortable.
Why do I need S&C?
Strength and Conditioning (S&C) is a very underrated and overlooked profession that can help athletes at the top of their game gain that extra bit, But at the same time it can help the every day person with aches and pains whilst teaching them fundamental movements to create a healthier body.
What if I'm not a professional athlete?
Don't worry! I am just as enthusiastic if not a little more about helping people around Cornwall achieve their own personal goals relating to the gym. watching people develop as a person and get better in the gym is one of my many passions and helping them is equally as rewarding.
